PAAO Certified Appraisals
We gladly complete local Midwest Appraisals, as we are an active associate of the Professional Aircraft Appraiser Organization (PAAO). PAAO is the continuation of the NAAA, the longest standing Aviation Appraisal organization. Most banks require a Certified Appraisal vs Aircraft Bluebook evaluations/VREF evaluations that are a desktop format, these can also be helpful, but they do not include logbook review, a physical inspection of the airplane, and a detail market summary.
